10. Unintentional Weight Loss
Extreme hunger shows that people can start to unconsciously change their eating habits without realizing it. People who start to eat less rather than more will often find themselves shocked when they step on a scale. Without realizing it they may have lost a considerable amount of weight. Some people will be aware that they’ve been eating less. But people who have just been unconsciously lowering serving sizes will often be extremely confused by the sudden drop in their weight.
