10. Small, Patchy Rash
Many of those who are dealing with strep throat may also have a rash on their skin. Unlike a lot of other rashes, a strep rash is usually going to appear in small blotches around the skin. These can be small rashes, the size of coins, and they can appear on the arms, chest, back or legs. This is actually the bacteria in the body infecting different parts of the skin. This could be a normal rash, or it might be signs of strep.
