10. Change Your Position

Most people with RLS will end up changing their sleeping positions throughout the night, but rarely do people try to start out in new positions to begin with. Maybe if you got a big back pillow and slept in a more upright position, or elevated your legs, or just started off trying to sleep on your side or stomach, you could avoid some of those symptoms throughout the night. It’s worth a try, to be sure.
