Loss of appetite

The natural response to ingesting contaminated food is to avoid eating anything. However, it is crucial to remember that you should still drink fluids to stay hydrated. If drinking fluids causes you to vomit or have diarrhea, it indicates that your body needs to eliminate more contaminants. In such cases, it is important to continue drinking fluids.
