10. Pregnancy
During the early months of pregnancy, women experience increased blood flow that could lead to blood pressure changes causing low blood pressure or hypotension. Low blood pressure will make pregnant women feel dizzy when moving, maybe from a lying down to standing or sitting down. Nutritional deficiency is another cause of dizziness in pregnant women. Dizziness might not be so common in pregnant women, but it must not be taken lightly since it may affect the fetus’s health. Pregnant women experiencing dizziness should have their blood pressure monitored during prenatal appointments.
