Baking Instructions:

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of water (vegan baking flax egg)
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 3 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup of salted natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup of organic sugars
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugars
  • 2-3 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
