Healthy and Delicious Banana Chia Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 large egg
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of whipped butter
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of chia seeds
- 2 large ripe bananas
- ½ cup of almond milk
Baking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the whipped butter, egg, mashed bananas, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the flour mixture and almond milk to the bowl containing the banana mixture. Stir well to combine.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
- 2 ½ tablespoons of water (vegan baking flax egg)
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 3 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup of salted natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup of organic sugars
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugars
- 2-3 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup
- ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ¼ cup of almond meal
- ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup of gluten-free rolled oats
Baking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 348F.
- In a small bowl, mix the flaxseed meal and water to make a vegan flax egg. Set it aside for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add the baking powder, salt, organic sugar, light brown sugar, maple syrup or agave, and peanut butter. Mix well.
- Add the almond milk, cocoa powder, almond meal, flour, and oats to the banana mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Finally, fold in the peanut butter chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
