Gluten Consumption and Potential Cancer Risk

One of the most common disorders linked to gluten is gluten ataxia, which leads to irreversible damage to the cerebellum and impairs motor function in individuals affected by it. As a result, those with gluten ataxia may struggle with mind-body coordination, making it challenging to engage in conversations, perform complex tasks, and even move physically.
