Signs of Scoliosis: Head Misalignment

When it comes to scoliosis, changes in posture can lead to discomfort and unease. To alleviate these symptoms, medical experts often recommend engaging in physical activities that target the strengthening of the back and abdominal muscles, as well as improving posture and promoting proper breathing techniques. There are several exercise techniques that may prove beneficial, including pelvic tilts, planks, cat-camels, single-leg balances, and double leg abdominal presses.
