Speech and Language Issues

Speech and language issues are not only prevalent in young children who are learning to communicate, but they can also be symptoms experienced by older individuals who have suffered from multiple head traumas, such as Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). Additionally, these problems may be associated with muscle loss and motor impairment in the body.

For some, the act of swallowing can become not only painful but also increasingly challenging, sometimes reaching a point where it becomes impossible.
