10 Symptoms of Endometrial Cancer

Understanding Abdominal Pain and Discomfort in Uterine Cancer

Abdominal pain and cramping are common symptoms associated with uterine cancer. These sensations can often be mistaken for indigestion or bloating. It is important to pay attention to any feelings of pressure in the abdominal area. This pressure can be caused by the swelling of the uterus lining or the growth of tumor cells that invade the uterine lining, pushing into the uterus and cervix. While bloating is a normal occurrence during menstruation, if it persists for a week or longer after one’s period has ended, it may be an indication of an underlying medical condition.

Fatigue and Weakness

Feeling tired and weak is a common symptom that can be caused by various physical, mental, and emotional issues. Unfortunately, many people tend to overlook it, considering it a normal part of their daily lives. However, persistent fatigue that doesn’t improve after a few weeks or even after eliminating obvious triggers should not be ignored and requires medical attention. In addition to feeling tired, individuals experiencing fatigue may also notice changes in their mood, muscle aches or soreness, headaches, and dizziness. These symptoms are the body’s way of fighting off underlying illnesses that may be causing the fatigue.
