Endometriosis can have a severe impact on a woman’s fertility. This condition has the potential to damage the ovaries and uterus, making it difficult or even impossible for women to conceive. In fact, around 30 percent of women with endometriosis experience infertility.
For those who are able to conceive, there may be challenges in carrying the pregnancy to full term. The scarring and hormonal imbalances caused by endometriosis often require extensive monitoring and care throughout the pregnancy.
