Causes of Pain in One Foot
Pain in one foot is a common symptom experienced by individuals with plantar fasciitis. Research shows that over 75 percent of cases of plantar fasciitis involve unilateral foot pain. The reason behind this is that many people unknowingly have a preference for one leg or foot over the other. Typically, the foot that is affected by plantar fasciitis is the one that an individual starts walking with. However, it is important to note that the pain can occasionally shift from one foot to the other.
