8. A Healthier Diet

Essential vitamins and nutrients are the building blocks of your entire body. It might sound trite, but sometimes a problem like bursitis is just your body’s reaction to junk. Too many potato chips, too much seed oil, an overload of sugar, etc; these things can cause inflammation in the body to begin with. It could just be that you drew an unlucky card due to bad dietary choices. Get on healthy oils and fats, ditch and sugar, and supplement vitamins like D3, E, K2, and C. Increase your Omega-3 fatty acids and lower your ingestion of Omega-6 acids. If you make these changes, inflammation in your body will go down in total.

Ginger root has been known in Asia for millennia to have antiinflammatory properties that can help people to promote a healthy body and lifestyle. We’re not talking about that bottled powder or any sort of sugar-laden stuff in a plastic bag. What you want is the real ginger. You can put chunks of it in smoothies in the morning, or cook with it, or just grin and bear the eating of it raw. No matter how you ingest fresh ginger, it’s going to help fight inflammation.
