Cheese
Cheese contains calcium, protein, phosphorus, and zinc. It is also a good source of vitamins A and B12. While cheese may interact with certain medications and may be intolerable for individuals with lactose allergy or intolerance, there are numerous healthy reasons to incorporate moderate portions of cheese into the diet.
Eggs
Eggs contain a moderate amount of calcium (about 50 mg per 100 grams), and this protein-rich food is a rich source of nutrients as it provides vitamins A, D, and B6, as well as magnesium. A deficiency in these amino acids can lead to various symptoms such as fatigue. Eggs also increase the levels of HDL (good cholesterol) in the blood, which improves cardiovascular health. Additionally, thanks to lutein and important antioxidants, eggs also contribute to maintaining healthy eyes.
