One common symptom experienced by individuals who have been bitten by infected mosquitoes is the development of a skin rash. This rash is characterized by raised or pigmented bumps on the skin. The affected area may also exhibit tingling sensations and itchiness. Typically, the rash starts in the trunk region and gradually spreads to the face and limbs.
The onset of the rash usually occurs within 3 to 12 days after being bitten by an infected mosquito. As the infection weakens and loses its potency, the rash gradually fades away. However, it is important to note that in some cases, scars may remain even after the infection has subsided.
