Understanding Hyperplastic Polyps
Hyperplastic polyps, also known as inflammatory polyps, are frequently observed in the rectum and colon. Unlike cancerous polyps, hyperplastic polyps are non-cancerous. However, it is important not to underestimate the significance of large hyperplastic polyps in the right side of the colon.
