Toddlers, known for their resistance to sleep, require a consistent bedtime routine due to the stimulating nature of their world. Despite appearing to be constantly energetic, toddlers typically need around 10 hours of sleep each night. The best bedtime for toddlers falls within the range of 6:30 to 7:30 pm. It is during this time that they experience their deepest sleep, which usually occurs between 8:00 pm and midnight.
