A study conducted on this subject revealed that individuals with elevated stress levels are four times more likely to skip a period and twice as likely to experience pain during their menstrual cycles. Interestingly, stress can create a vicious cycle, where the symptoms themselves cause additional stress, thereby further intensifying the symptoms.
