Symptoms: Discomfort and Tension

Individuals who encounter stress headaches commonly report feelings of discomfort and tension in their heads. They often describe the sensation as a pulsating or throbbing pain. While the pain can be mild, it has the potential to escalate in severity. Some individuals may also experience tenderness in the scalp or forehead area during a stress headache episode. These symptoms typically persist for several hours or even longer.
