8. Jaundice
For most people who’ve heard about jaundice and know of the signs, they associate it with the liver. Well, it’s not the liver that’s giving you jaundice per se; it’s actually the breakdown of red blood cells which releases bilirubin into the body, and this pigment changes your skin and eyes to a yellowish color. Biliary fluids that can get clogged in the gallbladder can give you jaundice, just like a faulty liver. In short, if you have jaundice as a symptom, seek medical attention immediately.
9. Diarrhea
Of all the symptoms on the list, diarrhea is the one most common and can be caused by thousands of different things. So, when you’re dealing with diarrhea as a result of a failing gallbladder, you should see a yellowish or clay-colored diarrhea, and the condition will usually persist despite any sort of anti-diarrheal medication(s) you’re taking.
