Bent Over Row

A variation of the bent over row exercise can be performed using one arm at a time. To do this, start by staggering your feet in a bent-over lunge position. Place one foot in front and step on the resistance band. Extend the other arm out to the side or place it on your hip. With one arm, pull the resistance band back towards your body. It is important to maintain proper form throughout the exercise, ensuring that your hips and chest face forward and avoiding any tipping to the side.
