If you are traveling from a cooler climate to a hot and humid environment, you may need to increase your fluid intake to stay properly hydrated.

Unlike infants, who receive all the necessary hydration from breast milk or formula, pregnant individuals who are dehydrated may struggle to produce enough milk to meet their baby’s needs.
