Understanding Fever
Fever is a condition where the body temperature rises above the normal range. Typically, the normal body temperature is around 98.6 degrees F. When the body temperature exceeds the normal range but remains below 100.4 degrees F, it is known as a low-grade fever. Fever is commonly a response to an infection, and in some cases, it may be an indication of a kidney or bladder infection. If a fever is accompanied by symptoms related to urination, it could suggest the possibility of hydronephrosis.
