Furthermore, hot baths have also been found to contribute to calorie burning. In fact, research indicates that taking an hour-long hot bath can burn as many calories as a half-hour walk. This suggests that incorporating hot baths into your routine can provide similar benefits to physical exercise, making it an attractive option for those who may have difficulty engaging in more strenuous activities.
