Stick to sealed bottled water and other packaged beverages to avoid contaminated drinks. Additionally, it is advisable to keep your mouth closed when taking showers or baths and refrain from swimming in questionable bodies of water. Practicing good hand hygiene by frequently washing your hands with antibacterial soap is also crucial.
