When this chakra is imbalanced, it can manifest as migraines, vision issues, and sleep disturbances. Furthermore, individuals with imbalances in this chakra may reject spirituality or find themselves lost in a world of fantasy. It is not uncommon for flighty individuals to experience imbalances in the third eye chakra.
The Crown Chakra: Connecting to Higher Consciousness
The crown chakra, the seventh and final chakra, is located at the top of the head and is associated with both deep purple and white colors. This powerful energy center is responsible for connecting us to higher states of consciousness and providing access to the divine. It brings forth wisdom, clarity, bliss, and the ability to transcend our limitations.
The crown chakra governs the brain, head, and upper spine, playing a vital role in our overall well-being. When this chakra is imbalanced, it can physically manifest as mental illnesses or neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s. Imbalances may also appear as closed-mindedness and disconnection from the body or spirit.
