In addition to smoking, an unhealthy diet can also lead to wrinkles. When the body lacks important vitamins and nutrients, the skin becomes more vulnerable and prone to wrinkling. It’s important to note that cigarettes are not the sole culprit; even popular smoking alternatives like electric cigarettes and pods may contain nicotine, which can have similar effects on the skin.
