Anemia
If the bone cancer infiltrates your bone marrow, then it can lead to anemia. This is a condition where your body cannot produce enough red blood cells. Those with anemia have a lower oxygen level in their blood. This will lead to weakness, fatigue, difficulties breathing, chest paint, headaches and many other symptoms. A doctor can test for this with a blood test to check your red blood cell count.
