Research suggests that individuals who give birth after the age of 33 are more likely to live longer than those who had children at a younger age. In fact, the chances of reaching an older age are doubled for individuals who become parents after the age of 33, compared to those who had their last child by the age of 29. Furthermore, individuals who give birth at the age of 40 have nearly four times the odds of living a longer life.

However, it is important to note that the optimal amount of sleep varies from person to person. For the majority, seven hours of sleep is considered the healthiest duration, providing the highest chances of survival and overall well-being.
