Benefits of Using Aralia

Promising Potential in Aralia as a Breast Cancer Treatment

Researchers have conducted a study on a species of aralia known as Aralia elata Seem, which shows promising potential as a treatment for breast cancer. The study focused on using extracts from the leaves of this aralia, and the results were quite promising. In a nude rat model, these leaf extracts were found to significantly reduce tumor growth.

Moreover, the study also involved administering varying doses of this aralia extract to rats and beagles. Encouragingly, no treatment-related changes in behavior, coordination, heart rate, or physical activity were observed in these animals. This suggests that the aralia extract is well-tolerated and has no adverse effects.

Although these findings are encouraging, it is important to note that further research is necessary to fully understand the potential of aralia as an effective treatment for breast cancer. Additional studies will help to establish its efficacy and safety in human subjects. Nevertheless, these initial results provide hope for the future of breast cancer treatment.

Possible Prevention of Cataracts

Beneficial in potentially preventing cataracts, the water extract of Aralia elata has shown promising results. Its antioxidant properties have been observed to prevent cataract development on rat lenses in laboratory experiments. Additionally, studies conducted on diabetic rats have demonstrated success in reducing cataract formation by 15 to 12 percent, depending on the dosage administered.
