When it comes to diagnosing lymphoma, doctors usually follow a threefold process to ensure accurate results. This process includes requesting a lymph node biopsy, conducting medical imaging tests, and performing additional tests to determine the specific type of cancer.
Typically, doctors begin by examining the lymph nodes for any visible swelling. If there are no visible signs, they may utilize medical imaging tests to locate the mass.
