Nausea

Rectal Bleeding
Pain in the lower left portion of your abdomen along with rectal bleeding can result in dark colored stools. This is something to watch closely for, and you’ll want to report to your doctor what color the blood was. Whether the blood looks dark or bright red and fresh will help a medical professional where you might be having an issue. A GI hemorrhage requires emergency surgery. Losing too much blood can be deadly, especially if you develop dangerously low levels of iron in the blood.
