10: The Bird Dog

Start this by getting on your hands and knees on a comfortable surface that you can stand. Now, simply lift your left leg straight up and out, while lifting your right arm straight up and out. You want to go opposite here with your arm and leg. Stretch both up gently and as far as you can lift them. Hold for a few seconds and then repeat with the opposite side. Keep your core tense and your hips square.
